When this website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data, especially IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system information. This is required to deliver the website securely and reliably. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Reservations via Quandoo
For online reservations, we embed the Quandoo booking widget. Provider: Quandoo GmbH, Sonnenburger Str. 73, 10437 Berlin. 5. Google Fonts
This website loads fonts via Google Fonts. When font files are requested, your IP address may be transmitted to Google servers. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in consistent and performant presentation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
6. Local browser storage
The website stores an explicitly selected language locally in the browser under cb-lang. This is used only for usability, not for analytics or advertising. The internal admin area uses sessionStorage to hold an admin token during the session.
7. No analytics or advertising tags in the current build
The current Next.js build does not include Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel scripts. If tracking is added later, this privacy notice and the cookie policy must be updated before use.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
